The Office of the Head of the Local Government Service has engaged officials of the German Financial Cooperation (KFW) as part of KFW’s mission on its Governance and E-Waste Project.

The engagement initiative was part of a larger effort to strengthen decentralization by increasing local involvement and participation in decision-making.

The Hon. Assembly Member commended the DCE for all completed and ongoing projects. He went on to reveal their foremost challenges which included lack of infrastructure, poor road network and poor sanitation. Other residents who had the opportunity also expressed their concerns.
