@sincy_varghese @harekrishna_h @Somesh_IAS Excel reports you type in office are absolutely unimportant because seniors wont even read 90% of your work. Stop pretending you are important as a corporate employee. Majority of corporates treat their subordinates as cattle.

@sameersober @harekrishna_h @Somesh_IAS It takes years of effort and hard work to become a Civil servant. Corporates are just feeding of of their subordinates like leeches, and in turn are leeched of by their ow bosses. So its a no brainer whom the aam janta will respect more.

@sincy_varghese @harekrishna_h @Somesh_IAS What sort of valuable work are you doing by writing excel reports in a 4 sq ft cubicle? 90% of the work you do won't even be read by your skip level managers. Just worthless waste of human resource.

I agree with you that the babu culture of bureaucrats needs to go though..

@harekrishna_h @Somesh_IAS Whats so glorious about the private sector? Every week I see my company's CXOs (Who have spent 40+ years as Private sector stalwarts), kowtowing before RBI and Ministry officials (IAS/IRS officers) 1/3rd their age.
