This is the same logic that was used by the owners of the Solai dam- Divert the river & release in small doses . Our environment should not be sacrificed for expediency . Lord forgive them .....
Ferdinand Waititu says we move the river to accommodate a building. What will we do next: move the sun to stop heatwaves; block rainfall to prevent floods and change seasons to maintain uniform weather? Kenyan gods must be crazy. We better move them to the moon.
Ferdinand Clifford Ndung’u Waititu.
He has a very valid point. But as always, everyone will just laugh it off. Which one is easier, bringing down building or changing watercourse? Dubai has man-made water bodies for example. Why not just adjust the watercourse?
5) As the NRMKe General, let me restate that we believe in and are committed to the creation of a genuine democratic, merit-based Kenya where there are no kings or slaves and where merit, integrity, ability, hard-work, creativity and innovation - not fraud - determines "success."
Just imagine how history will glowingly & radiantly record his place in history if H.E UHURU goes one step further (just one step) in the on-going demolition of illegal structures & order that ALL illegally acquired public utilities land be recovered...just imagine!!! @UKenyatta
Instead of weaving yarns of a mythical bridge constructed on human corpses, the despotic "brothers" - @UKenyatta & @RailaOdinga - must bring Chris Msando's killers to book, respect human rights and uphold the rule of law. A #HandCheque isn't justice. https://t.co/W3adeQ7WeI
