@CalBankPLC Concerning the compliant I made on 9th may 2025 that ,I was withdrawing 9k with my ATM card at the ATM machine and unfortunately the money was deducted from my account but it didn’t comes out from the atm machine . And I haven’t get refunded yet . Please help me😞

@CalBankPLC please what’s going on I made complaint on the 5th of may ,that I was withdrawing 14,000gh from My account with the ATM card and the transaction failed but later when I checked my account the 14k was deducted from my account . Today is 13 and I have not hear anything
