@hyundaifinance Paid off my lease on 12/29. Today is 1/28 and still do not have title and therefore can't register car. My tags expire in three days and I could be ticketed. CustSvc says it takes up to 20 business days. Today is day 21!! She could only say, "it will be soon!

@sdutzeigler You're probably right however, I don't think they should have stopped playing the game. What would you suggest they do? I didn't see the game. If they rubbed in in Thai's face, then that is wrong. Scoring 14 goals however doesn't bother me if they were good sports.

@HiltonHotels Can't recommend Garden Inn at Paine Field in Everett. Keycard machine broke my entire 3-day stay. Had to be escorted to room every time I wanted entry. No compensation and not even a , "we're sorry" @HiltonDiamond

@AmericanAir won't refund my flight to Haiti without $225 penalty even though StateDept has issued new stage 4 warning. Also, my teenage grandson must use his ticket if refunded - not me even though I paid for it.

Another day goes by - another day of silence from @EmbassySuites in Seattle. It's been 72 hours since I asked them to tell me exactly what they think I left in the room. Why is it so hard to call housekeeping and ask???

@gogo I paid $15 for inflight service on Alaska Air. Service was horrible. I contacted Gogo and they said they would credit me. I received a $15 credit ON A FUTURE FLIGHT! No refund! Since I won't be travelling again until this summer - it's worthless.
