Airtel harassed a senior citizen with the supply of a defective sim and network connection. Then forced him to visit the Airtel store and again pay a charge for no fault of the consumer. Do you allow such exploitation of the consumers? Only your firm action can set right unfair trade practices followed by service providers.

I still remember the day as clear as daylight. I had just moved to then Gurgaon in 1998. We were having a few beers at 32nd Milestone, which is off the Delhi-Jaipur Highway. The kids were playing pool. It was the usual sultry day. Then He started his assault. I was watching on the big screen. Suddenly, the kids had stopped playing pool. They were watching the TV. Every eye in the restaurant was on the TV. You could sense it that day that something unique was about to happen. More beer flowed, food arrived. But nobody moved from their seats, except to jump and cheer as The Master showed to the world why he was the greatest. And he was still only 25.
@airtelindia Sorry the concern has not been addressed yet? The prepaid sim is still without any connectivity and the senior citizen suffers. Please don't take the consumer for granted but resolve the issue urgently without any further delay.

This senior citizen also agrees with Praveen totally for rejection of his reimbursement claim negligently without any valid reason even after satisfying them since last four long months. Taking the consumer for granted for a full ride with harassment and exploitation.Non functional grievance redressal system.

Ayush Reimbursement claim 46928046 rejected on 14/11/25 saying hospitalisation not required but on submission of satisfactory certificate from hospital reopened case, went on asking many other details till March'26 including physical verification at hospital and our residence to full satisfaction. Finding no other ground for rejection decided to take the consumer for granted by again rejecting on 6/3/26 sighting the same grounds of no hospitalisation,ignoring the principle of Esstoopal and also the fact that insurer has no locus standi to dictate the method of treatment being the exclusive prerogative of the treating doctor/hospital. Why are you taking the senior citizen for a ride with such harrassment and exploitation.?
