The SEC wouldn't want tech IMO. They have been completely irrelevant for a while before Cody Campbell decided to throw crazy money at their sports. Even with that, they would get smoked playing an SEC schedule. There are several other schools that would be much better additions than tech.

I'm grateful for EVERYONE who serves our country. I said absolutely nothing about the University of Texas in my post. The question is what university is most patriotic and it had a picture of Kyle Field in the red, white, and blue out game after 9/11. One of your Longhorn brothers made the comment "who cares" and I just noted that you should care, because Texas A&M is putting more people in the military than any other university and doing a LOT for this country and our freedom. Props to everyone who serves!

Barely more points per game (despite one insane game) and creating far fewer overall points because the assist disparity. And fewer rebounds. Mabrey was a worthy candidate but she certainly wasn't robbed and I'd prefer CC's consistency, as opposed to inflated averages due to one historic game.

Gervais' point is that you are at a Hollywood awards show. You are there to celebrate your accomplishment...not make it a time for political commentary. Certainly not on the environment, when the carbon footprint of everyone in the room is off the charts since they all flew to the award show on a private jet. If I get a sales award at work I don't accept the award and start talking about societal issues...it's stupid. Get your award and sit down!
