7th graders created posters with their “Favorites” of different categories and then shared them with their classmates. Students were then able to express their opinions in Spanish on what their partners had drawn both verbally and in writing. @HawthornMSS@District_73

7th graders have been working on describing themselves and others this week. Today they worked on their speaking skills in pairs to describe different celebrities and characters they see in movies and TV. @HawthornMSS@District_73

7th graders took turns last week calling out different colors that their classmates then had to place in the correct order that was said. Many students were able to identify the colors without their notes and it was only day two! Awesome job! @HawthornMSS@District_73

¡Un viaje alrededor del mundo! 7th graders traveled the world today in a Spanish speaking country gallery walk. Students enjoyed reading posters they created about the different countries and sharing out where they want to visit in the future. @HawthornMSS@District_73
