@senstalk_ Sucks to not get it done either year. With 4 more teams coming next season it’s only going to get harder to win with more teams competing. Feels like a missed opportunity in a smaller league
@SteveWarneMedia What’s worse is that in Game 1 the Montreal player played the puck while her back skate was still on the bench. This keep at the line led to the OT goal.
Well, this was unexpected.
In the matter of minutes, the Ottawa Charge go from leading 2-0 to down 3-2. Shay Maloney, Megan Keller (PP) and Sophie Shirley give Boston the lead.
This also marks the penalty killing streak from the Charge.
Where are the hearings for the Headshots that Hall and Walker threw on Sens players this series? Or is the NHL continuing with their anti-Canadian bias?
Ridly Greig will have a hearing with @NHLPlayerSafety for his sucker punch on Sean Walker yesterday.
Any suspension will carry over to next season with the #sens already eliminated.
@jkamckenzie You also don't want to make the same mistakes as the Leafs. Run it back every year to a first round exit and waste the core player's prime years by doing nothing. This team needs to figure out how to be a force early.
Despite losing the Leafs series, there were magical moments throughout it and they felt like they had a chance in every game except maybe the first one. There has been nothing this year. Just a team on autopilot who can't figure it out
I don't think I've seen a Sens playoff crowd lose as much excitement as this game. Literally light booing after PPs, no hype coming out for the third, and zero cheers when we got a new PP. Team gave the crowd nothing to work with. Fans wanted to have the moment.
We’re getting absolutely out coached in this series. The Canes have figured out the Sens game plan and PowerPlay and the sens are doing the old “If we just play our game we will win” Like no they’ve figured you out. Green needs to make adjustments it he’s refusing for some reason
NHL Commissioner Gary Bettman was asked if the NHL has considered adopting the #PWHL jailbreak rule:
“I like what we have. I’m not going to search for a problem just so we can fix it. Our system works very well for us.”
