@British_Airways can't buy a return flight to Lisbon despite changing my account password several times, so you know what, I'm flying TAP instead. Fed up struggling with your site that rarely works properly. Your loss, their gain! Plus they're cheaper!
@British_Airways you cancelled a flight I have for May - but no refund for the exit seats booked & no way to speak to anyone. Plus the link you text for this issue is a dead link. You've booked me on a horrible early flight I wanted to avoid and given me rubbish seats too

@MonsoonUK your returns process a joke. I returned a dress โ package unopened โ Royal mail picked it up on 30 November. Despite my account showing I bought a dress you insist a scarf was returned & that you cannot reimburse me. Really? No scarf ever bought!!!

@British_Airways your password reset process is broken. Takes hours to get a code emailed by which time the code has expired. Been going round in circles all day. Plus you don't take calls. Too busy for customers wanting to buy flights apparently. Mess!
