I'm honestly starting to think that one of the secrets to enlightenment is to move exceptionally slowly and purposefully, like being in super-slow-mo.
The world seems so much more beautiful and richer and more alive after only about 15 or 20 minutes of it!

Actually starting to wonder if humans weren't originally from a different planet, with higher gravity, based on how quickly strength improves when moving very very slowly! Like it was meant to be!
(Or maybe in the ocean? LOL)
I am starting to think that people were designed not to run/walk quickly, LOL, but like really really slowly. If you do that, muscles get crazy strong, and balance rapidly improves! Maybe from our slow motion hunting past?

I just discovered that running/walking in slow motion is like the ultimate workout, LOL. My ankle has strengthened and my balance has improved markedly in a short amount of time, better than it has been in decades! I will call it Slow Motiontopher?! LOL
I invented a new type of time, where sunrise is always at 6 AM and sunset is always at 6 PM! With seconds, minutes, hours varying accordingly.

George has been sitting exactly like this in the car (with the AC on) waiting for me to come out so we can finally go to town, LOL. Been waiting for my phone to transfer to the new one before leaving, and he is having none of it! LOL
