IIRC the big guys like Bandai and Takara should be providing these new HTC automatically for etailers so those toy manufacturers should be safe from delay and destruction regardless of shipping service but the question is now about the smaller guys and middlemen.

So imports will need to suspend shipping effective july 8th or supply the correct HTS codes to bypass the heavy inspection. Amazon JP, AmiAmi and proxy’s need to get an update out ASAP to avoid a backlash of destroyed items or refund requests

This CPSC shit is fucking crazy, retailers that sell toku toys will affected. They honing on items that are aimed at children or could be sent to children. Most toku toys say ages 3+ so they might be destroyed. They will be inspected once they reach the U.S. to a vigorous degree
