@BradMossEsq@Kathlee71013772 If the motion is considered frivolous, 11th circuit need not give him a stay. Indictment clearly says it’s for activities starting Jan 20. He might try to argue that he made the doc personal however per govt records it is still official. Let’s wait for SC reply on 3/7
