From candid photographs documenting life on and off the stage, this selection from Rick Nielsen’s collection offers a glimpse into the world behind the music. Vintage photography, stage-used gear, and classic Fender amplifiers reflect the history, personality, and unmistakable sound of one of rock’s most distinctive guitarists.
Join us for "The Rick Nielsen Collection" live and online October 24 from Nashville's Musicians Hall of Fame & Museum. A portion of proceeds benefits St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

On Back to the Future Day, Gibson is still scouring the globe for the missing guitar — but Fox has his own theory about why it hasn’t turned up https://t.co/8FkjkI4G6H
Steve Cropper was born on this day in 1941. He’d be 85, but we lost him last December.
He co-founded Booker T. & the M.G.’s, an integrated band in segregated 1960s Memphis, and built the Stax sound. He co-wrote “Dock of the Bay,” “In the Midnight Hour,” and “Knock on Wood.”
And “Green Onions,” which he plays here at the Musicians Hall of Fame, now sits in the Library of Congress.
@MocsMetal Played on the same bill as Loudness a few years ago. Akira & I used the same jcm2000 stack. Stood 10 feet from him during their set, he was mind-blowing and LOUD. 🤘🎸
