@elevennames @DLGenealogist The only one pre-1783 stones that immediately come to mind are the reasonably well-known stones for Flova (d. 1778), Thomas (d. 1783), and Nero (d. 1776) in Princeton; all were enslaved by the Gill family. Photo 4 is what I believe are fragments of Nero’s footstone.
Halloween may be over but the Arkham Gazette Bundle of Holding sale staggers onward for a few hours more. Issues 0 thru 4 are just $9.95… for now…

Here's another entry to close out #CreepyDollWeek: here's 2014.60.1089, a doll whose head, arms and feet are made of ceramic and are attached to a body made from coarse netting stuffed with sawdust. It was made between 1900 and 1920, and was owned by Marie Quinlan of Barre.
They're baaaaaack! With Halloween approaching, some of the dolls in our collection have been growing restless, so we're bringing back #CreepyDollWeek! Join us all week as we showcase some of the dolls from Vermont's past.

@drgonzo123 I’m proud my small contribution to Delta Green when some player realizes the forgotten, friendless, miserable old Clyde Baughman was pretty much a best-case scenario for a Delta Green agent, long term.
10 year ago this month, we released our first full issue of the Arkham Gazette, so why not have a sale? $4.99 in PDF, $9.99 in print. https://t.co/xKTcysQqps
@kennethhite Crimea was also home to the last vestiges of the Goths, lasting, possibly, up to the Ottoman invasion in 1475. (And obDG, probably where one might find the Gothic Necronomicon)
