​During his Assam tour, DG, #CRPF, Shri @gpsinghips chaired a key security meeting at GC Guwahati with all field commanders. Addressing the commanders, he underscored that area security and maintaining law & order remain the top priorities.
The DG appreciated the proactive role played during the evacuation operations during floods by field formations under Ops Jorhat Sector. He also exhorted field commanders to provide all support to district administration in disaster mitigation as and when situation arises in future.
