It has been a remarkable season for Yuji Horii, from being awarded the Order of the Rising Sun, celebrating his birthday, and marking the 40th anniversary of Dragon Quest. I am honored to have been able to have dinner with everyone tonight, and recognize these amazing achievements.

No sojourn to Paris would be complete without a visit to the Eiffel Tower. Of course, I was accompanied by Eternal Flower Floette as we explored the inspiration of Lumiose City and Prism Tower.

I encountered the mythical @ashens native to Poundland. I have long respected his comprehensive knowledge of British computer history and vast experience of terrible old games you've probably never heard of, which helped form the foundation of my interest in game development.

Whilst visiting the Palace of Westminster in London, I am reminded of a sonnet written by William Wordsworth titled "Composed upon Westminster Bridge, September 3, 1802." In Pokémon Sword and Shield, this location also serves as the inspiration for Rose of the Rondelands.

Ahead of my adventure in Europe, I was lucky enough to stay in one of the Vocaloid collaboration rooms at Haneda Airport, featuring MEIKO as a pâtissière.
