Just started reading #itsoktofeelblue curated by @ScarlettCurtis and it is a wonderful book thus far. It deals sensitively with mental health difficulties in order to normalise and try to eradicate some of the stigma attached to said illnesses. #mentalhealth #breakthestigma

Why are men widely ignored when their partners suffer miscarriages or stillbirths? I am by no means diminishing the experience for the woman, I cannot imagine anything so heartbreaking, but it can be equally as upsetting for the father; made worse by their feelings being ignored

really disappointed with #McDonalds for having tablets for children in their stores. There are so many alternative (and cheaper) toys they could have put in there. Aside from children having too much screen time anyway, I do not agree with screens at meal time. #breakfromscreens
