Comeback Urn Fix

- GIVE RES TO URN HOLDER ONLY
- When urn gets deposited, everyone around it in a 40m range gets the resistance too all through the deposit phase
- Give resistances for 5 seconds after depot is done (team can run and spend monie)
- Cannot hold urn at 15:00 or 20

@porochuyeah4 @AnsonexDL I have a hate for quitters that dont wanna innovate or try new things, fight the urn at the 20 min to make them drop it and cannot hold it, buy res shred, tc when you see they're inting. Try something man dont just ff all 3 games
