Due to power outage at OCS due to yesterday's storm, this morning's services are cancelled & our online service will be delayed until power returns. This is a great opportunity to help your neighbours and be a blessing!
Over the next month, we as a Church family seek to be a light to our communities by partnering with Minwaashin Lodge, an Indigenous support center located in Vanier. We will work to support their winter gathering - an annual event organized to serve Vanier’s families and youth.
Today we stand with our Indigenous brothers and sisters to remember all the children and families impacted by the residential school program in Canada. Psalm 127:3 reminds us that “Children are a gift from the Lord, they are a reward from Him.” We won’t forget.
