The 2011 Vintage is 80% Mourvedre 45-year old vines. The roots seek out minerals deep in the sandy clay soils that are covered in galets roulés stones. Harvested by hand these grapes embody the great 2011 Southern Rhône vintage. Flavors of plum, wild flowers, garrigue, pepper.

Les 7 Hommes (7 Men) is a local expression in Sancerre and represents the size of the parcel of land that requires 7 men to plow it. The 2018 estate Sancerre has a fruity flinty edge with pretty aromatics of fruit, citrus, minerals and white pepper.
