@Arcotel_ec Pueden constatar la renuencia de @NetlifeEcuador a aceptar que pedí UNA SEMANA antes del corte y quieren obligarme a permanecer y pagar un mes adicional, van a perder no uno sino 2 clientes y me encargaré de que todos se den cuenta del tipo de abusos a los que vivimos expuestos..

@Arcotel_ec @NetlifeEcuador Hoy he pedido cancelar mi servicio con Netlife (mi corte es el 14) y me dicen que tengo que pedir 15 días antes y por lo tanto deberé pagar un mes que no usaré el servicio? Es un abuso contra un cliente de varios años! Quien me defiende?

@NetlifeEcuador No es percepción mía es lo que me dijo el que me atendió: Tengo que pedir cancelación de mi servicio con 15 días de antelación y llevar los equipos a Ciudad Colón y mi corte es el 14 y llamé el 6 así que tengo que obligado seguir hasta ENERO (escuche la llamada que está grabada)

Ayer me dejaron un papel con una multa en la puerta del garaje con el nombre del funcionario a pesar que no había ya escombros ni nada y que frente a mi domicilio hay una vivienda con decenas de sacos que están meses abandonados... Esos malos elementos dañan la imagen del cabildo
