Yesterday there was shelling close to us, and my little brother Mahmoud was hit in the head by a rock.

Today we found out he has a skull fracture.

He’s in a lot of pain, vomiting, and suffering with a concussion. He doesn’t understand what’s happening to him, and it’s heartbreaking to watch.

He needs further X-rays and medications, which will cost $400.
