John of Damascus lived close to the time Islam first appeared and directly witnessed its rise.
He called Muhammad a false prophet who borrowed ideas from the Bible and mixed them with Arab beliefs to create a new religion.
He questioned why Muhammad claimed private revelations with no public witnesses, unlike Moses and the biblical prophets whose signs were seen openly.
What makes this powerful is that this was not a modern critic.
This was one of the earliest Christian scholars living under Muslim rule, and even he concluded that Islam was built from borrowed teachings, not divine revelation.
Romans 8:28 (KJV) – “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.”
God is always working even in the things we don’t understand. Nothing in your life is wasted. He has the ability to take every situation, challenge, and season and weave it together for your good.
Whatever you’re walking through right now, you can hold onto this truth: God is purposeful, and He is for you.

Meaning: This verse is a direct and open invitation from Jesus. He calls the weary and burdened to come to Him, promising rest that reaches the soul. It is not based on performance, but on coming to Him in trust.
Context: Jesus spoke these words during His ministry to people who were carrying heavy burdens — both physically and spiritually. He offered them something the religious systems of that time could not provide.
Hello everyone, hope your afternoon is going well, dropping a verse for the day! from the book of Isaiah.
Isaiah 40:29 (KJV) – “He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength.”
This verse reminds us that when we feel weary or stretched thin, God is the One who supplies fresh strength. He doesn’t expect us to run on our own power — He meets us right where we are and lifts us up.

Good morning!
Ephesians 2:10 (KJV) – “For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.”
You are not an accident. God carefully created you in Christ for a purpose — to live out the good works He already prepared for you.
This morning reminds us that we don’t have to figure everything out on our own. Just walk with Him, one step at a time, and He will guide the way.

“Good morning!
Matthew 6:33 (KJV) – ‘But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.’
Here Jesus gives us a clear priority for living: put God’s kingdom and His righteousness above everything else. When we do, the everyday needs and concerns we often worry about find their proper place as He faithfully provides.
This Tuesday morning invites us to begin again by seeking the Lord first through His Word. As we align our hearts with His purposes, we discover a deeper peace and trust that He takes care of the rest.
