@UnlockAstrology I'm super into whole milk by the glass. My favorite is local raw milk but nice organic whole milk is still *chef's kiss* I spent 15+ years of my life lactose-intolerant (before cutting out gluten) so now I have to catch up on lost milk enjoyment! 😆

@BuildSoil Potatoes are prolific and easily digested so... I'm more of a potato gal 😆, but sunchokes are pretty. I'm thinking about container planting them in the future, rather than in-ground, to control the yield a bit better. I do like the idea of them as a fermented condiment, tho.
