@VoxTelecom Phoning for the 3rd time to follow up on the activation of my fibre. A simple ISP to ISP transfer . Held for 50 mins all for the automated prompt to say "there are currently 0 calls ahead of you with no answer" what the fuck is this dog shit service?

@webafrica - I want to cancel my Fibre internet as you are not able to resolve my issue. Your customer portal gives a whatsapp menu option link that is invalid and the agent put me through to internal for cancellation. It's been more than an hour now with nothing.
@webafrica The only "free setup fees" I will be owing is the outstanding R500 for the connection fee. I paid R499 on signup.I opt'd out of the free router and paid Vumatel directly for a re-installation. So I better not be charged for any of that.
@webafrica Logged a fault where YouTube permanently buffers - even on 480p quality with a 200mbps line. As well as high latency to EU. Support logged a fault with @vumatel for no reason - it's an ISP issue, not a provider issue.

@RSAWEB - blows my mind as to how incredibly fucking shit your service is. Couldn't get my fibre line migrated to my new home. Struggled for a week and phoned more than 5 times to follow up with no progress. Went with @webafrica now and they processed it the next day.
@vumatel - Can you please give me an ETA of when a technician will be looking at my faulty fibre line. I recently moved into my new home and work from home - so internet is essential. RSAweb logged a ticket - the reference is VC-180222-661470
@TelkomZA - I upgraded to the Huawei p40 lite on Wednesday. I'm not happy with this device as most of my required applications aren't supported due to no google services. How can I go about swapping for the Samsung Galaxy A71? I was informed at the store that I can't.
