I literally am the only one out of my cousins that the athletic gene skipped. Got a bunch of rugby players incl. national reps, football scholarship holders, field & track stars and there's me : two degrees, tears a knee ligament doing nothing & trips walking up stairs 🤓
An emotional arrival in London, as I joined mourners at Westminster Hall to honour Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. We witnessed the changing of the catafalque party standing watch at her coffin –– a show of duty, discipline, and affection I'll never forget.
