A man paid ₹1,200 for an AC bus journey from Hyderabad to Rajahmundry.
He was given a non-AC bus and dropped 10 km short of his destination at midnight. 😳
The travel company treated him rudely and refused to refund ₹500 as a settlement. He approached Consumer Court.
The Consumer Court hit the travel company with a ₹31,500 compensation order! 💥
🚨A serious railway safety concern that needs attention.
When an ACP (Alarm Chain Pulling) occurs, a Train Manager may have to reach the affected coach to address the situation. But where there is no safe pedestrian path on the bridge, they may be forced to pass underneath the train, putting their own life at risk.
📍 Train Manager: Shri Shivji Rai
 Train No. 54411 | ACP Section: DEE–PTNR
🏢 H/Q: Delhi Sarai
Passengers: Please use ACP only in a genuine emergency. Behind every alarm-chain intervention is a railway employee who may have to put their own safety at risk to respond.
Railway authorities should provide safe walkways/FOBs or other secure access routes at such locations.

Stunning sunset.
This happens because of a phenomenon called Rayleigh scattering: cirrus clouds scatter shorter blue/violet wavelengths away and allowing longer red/orange wavelengths to dominate.

Such an amazing work. These are heroes.
Yesterday a small calf of 3–4-days was swept away by the Teesta River near Gajoldoba and found several kilometres downstream. While mother was looking after it. See how it was saved by fisherman and united with the help of forest staff.
A delivery boy received an order at 3 a.m. He immediately arrived at the restaurant,
picked up the food, and went to the customer's address. After arriving, he called repeatedly,
but the customer didn't answer. He waited on the street for about 30 minutes. Finally, the order was canceled.
The company's guidelines state that such food should be donated to someone in need.
But the delivery boy smiled and said, "If I were rich, I wouldn't go out at 3 a.m. delivering food to people... Who is more needy than me?"
His statement wasn't just a response, but the reality of millions of hardworking people
who sacrifice their sleep, rest, and family time for our convenience.
Please be sure to pick up your phone after placing your order. One small act of yours can change a hardworking person's entire night.

With ZERO MDR for eligible P2PM merchants, how is eligibility determined?
Banks and payment service providers will identify P2PM merchants based on their inward UPI payments.
Merchants receiving up to ₹1 lakh per month remain under P2PM. If inward UPI payments exceed ₹1 lakh per month for 3 consecutive months, the merchant is formally transitioned to the P2M category.

The Ministry of External Affairs has notified the Passports (Amendment) Rules, 2026, amending the Passports Rules, 1980. The amendment provides that an ordinary passport with 36 pages issued to a child under 15 years of age will be valid for five years or until the child turns 18, whichever is earlier.
There is nothing she could have done differently.
We all can learn from this video and make sure we are never too close to a vehicle on an uphill or incline.
Keep enough space to exit the line of fire in case the vehicle starts coming back.
Any expert advise..?
🔰UPI Payments to Remain Free for Person to Person transactions; MDR Applicable Only on Large-Value Merchant Transactions
▪️The Government has amended the Payment and Settlement Systems (PSS) Act, 2007 empowering the government to notify specific electronic payment modes where no charges shall apply.
▪️This amendment provides the legal foundation to ensure affordability and transparency in digital transactions
▪️On 14 September 2026, the Central Government issued a notification under this framework, specifying that Unified Payments Interface (UPI) transactions up to ₹2,000 will attract zero Merchant Discount Rate (MDR)
▪️Further, detailed circular has also been issued by NPCI on 15th September, 2026, after deliberation of UPI steering committee on operational parameters, fee distribution models, and category caps
🔰The key highlights of the circular are as follows:
▪️For person-to-person (P2P) transactions, there will be no charges at all, irrespective of transaction value. P2P transactions constitute 37% of the total UPI transactions in volume terms and 70% in value terms
▪️Charges will apply only to person-to-merchant (P2M) transactions exceeding ₹2,000
🔰Technical Framework
▪️A nominal MDR of 0.4% will be levied on P2M transactions above ₹2,000. This commission will be shared amongst the payment ecosystem partners, including banks and app providers
▪️For high-value transactions of ₹75,000 and above, MDR will be capped at ₹300 per transaction
