"Violence targeting Christians and other religious minorities in #Nigeria 🇳🇬 continues to be rampant.
The testimonies we have received paint a horrifying picture of fear, trauma, coercion and abandonment.
Impunity only fuels further violence."
The UN Special Rapporteur on freedom of religion or belief, @NazilaGhanea, will conduct an official visit to Nigeria from 8 to 19 June 2026.

Thank you, Charlie Hebdo,
for your stand for freedom of speech, for your courage, for your persistence, for your willingness to sacrifice.
When the media outlets shrank back because of fear and political correctness, you did not.

We call on all Australians to sign this petition.
We urge the Australian Government to publicly demand the immediate and unconditional release of Said Mansour Rezk Abdelrazek from detention in Egypt.
We ask the Government to raise his case directly with Egyptian authorities at the highest diplomatic level and make it clear that Egypt must meet its obligations under international human rights law.
We also call on the Government to grant Said a humanitarian or protection visa so he can reunite with his Australian fiancée and live safely without fear of persecution.

Kan man lämna Islam?
Ja.
Men det kan kosta dig ditt liv. Islamska anti-apostasi och anti-blasfemilagar - i strid mot religionsfriheten - straffar den som väljer att följa sitt samvete.

Hey everyone,
Please help us spread Said Abdelrazek’s case everywhere you can. His next court date is June 15, 2026. He’s being tried by Egyptian state security in a terrorism court just because he refused to return to Islam. They’re pushing for either life in prison or even the death penalty.
On top of that, he’s had a humanitarian visa application with Australia sitting there since 2024 with no progress. His fiancée is Australian and is desperate, doing everything she can to get help.
There’s a petition by Coptic Solidarity you can share, especially on X, to bring more attention and pressure. You can also direct attention toward Tony Burke or raise awareness however you can.
We really need to stand up for Said. This all started because he refused to deny his faith and simply asked to be officially recognised as a Christian.
