@cvnfvx hey there I was recommended to speak with you. My wife is having a hard time changing out her phone number with @FLDEO as it wants to confirm that it’s her with two factor auth and sending the code to the old number she no longer has. Are you able to help with this?
@FLDEO my wife recently changed her phone number and is locked out of her account as they are sending a confirmation code to her old number which she no longer has. How does she proceed to update the phone number on her account as she is currently awaiting a response on an appeal

@IDme my wife has been trying to get verified every possible way for almost a week now and can’t get past the authenticating part in the process. She’s tried scanning every possible way hundreds of times with no the ability to get a video call. Please help!!!!!
