@NianticHelp I launched my app today, and I have no roads or features. Spawns and pokestops/gyms are still there though. I restarted app several times, restarted phone & deleted/re-installed app. Still broken. Please help.

@NianticHelp Tried that as well. Ultimately, I deleted and reinstalled the app which resolved the issue.

@NianticHelp my game is extremely laggy this morning. It takes 20-30 seconds to click on anything. I had no issues in NYC for Gofest, but it’s basically unplayable, since I got home. Tried restarting phone/app and refreshed game data. Any advice?

@NianticHelp the new pokestop range is horrible. This is not even 40 meters. You never should have changed back. It’s worse than it was before the pandemic, which btw is still raging. I have a fully vaccinated friend who just got it.

@NianticHelp I can only get Giovanni via a super rocket radar, and I used it already, when I defeated him. The game glitched and the balloon flew away, before I even had a chance even catch shadow mewtwo. Unfortunately, I’d need another super rocket radar to get my encounter again.

@NianticHelp I have been saving my shadow mewtwo encounter from an inter-eggsting development, when I finally defeated Giovanni my mewtwo encounter glitched, when I threw my first ball, and I got kicked out to the map then the balloon flew away! Please Help!!!!
