@AshFarms Hope you find the right church! I personally like non-denominational bibles churches like Scottsdale Bible Church is where I go. It’s only in phoenix but you can watch it online.
My fiance is orthodox which is more traditional lime catholic.
We can easily live past 100 with physically free body’s that have the ability to do the things we want like snowboard/ski, tennis, golf, energy, confidence and enjoy life on our terms!
But we have to train our body to give us the ability we want to have.
Building a better physique isn’t even a priority. My focus is building a high performance, energetic, confident age defying body designed to last that powers my ability to live a physically free life without limits.
I don’t workout to burn fat or calories. I workout to build better movement, strength and longevity (it just happens to also burn more calories then most peoples “workouts”)
Starting around age 30 or 40, flexibility continuously decreases.
By age 70, 25%-30% of overall flexibility is usually lost (if you don’t do something about it)
Drinking room temperature water aids better with digestion and causes you to drink more water than “cold water” that tricks you into feeling more refreshed.
We lose 3-8% of muscle per decade after the age of 30 & this rate accelerates after the age of 60.
Building muscle to improve your movement is your retirement & insurance plan.
You don’t get old. You let your body “get” old.
Deconditioning, tightness, compensations and muscle atrophy happen automatically if you don’t do something about it.
If you’re unhappy, start with peak body health: muscle building workouts, sleep, hydration, conscious eating, diaphragmatic breathing.
Result: Energy, confidence and biological brain health.
Our society labels many issues as mental health when there’re actually body health.
