People don't pay for "Made in USA" as just some tag ... but, I believe, they are willing to when it's part of larger brand and quality
When I was in Detroit, I toured a few projects done by Bedrock (Dan Gilbert). These were really well done office buildings converted to apartments. Beautiful finishes, nice locations.
And the small touch that I'll never forget is that on the *inside* of every single one of the kitchen cabinets, they had a stamp “Made in Detroit.” It wasn't on any of the marketing, but the entire project ooozed with pride for and love of Detroit. Which meant using things like local cabinet makers.
I have no idea how you'd run an A/B test, and there are certainly kinds of items that don't need to be local. But some certainly have value. Like a home.
You're picking #13 seed Grand Canyon to upset Maryland in your bracket. I'm buying their publicly traded $LOPE stock in anticipation of a Round 1 victory. We are not the same.
IT FINALLY HAPPENED. THE SUB-5 QUEST IS OVER. ✅
4:57.88 tonight at @trialsmiles' The Circuit meet at @ArmoryNYC.
When I asked @mark_coogan to coach me to sub-5, he said, “I’m not a miracle worker.” Turns out, he is.
