The reason for becoming a politician has changed. Whereas in the past it was the pinnacle of you career, these days it is a stepping stone to the next step in their careers. Sadly this means that politicians are led less by their moral duty and more towards building bridges for a bigger pay packet I the future. This is why we get the same results no matter which side is in power.

@TheNorfolkLion You can't blindly follow a political party. You can agree with their base principles, however until you read their actual manifesto it is not logical to choose who gets your vote. Personally I believe the era of party politics has run it's course. That's just my opinion though
