Here is Coach Merk with Heather Hutchinson (Seton CC coach and mom of distance runner Lily) and his brother Ben Merk after all three completed the Boston Marathon! Linnie Schroth (mother of sprinter Lauren) also completed the Marathon! Congratulations to all!

Big shout out to our distance coach, Nick Merk, for competing in the Boston Marathon yesterday! He completed the 26.2 miles in 2 hours and 54 minutes, a 6:40 per mile pace!

We did have one result from last night prior to the meet cancellation. Heidi Harmeyer, Holly Sims, Ava Massa, and Katelyn Wittich ran a strong 4x800m relay to finish in second with a time of 10:03.95! #SetonTF

In the 3200m run, Anna Wolfram and Lily Hutchinson go 1-2! Anna’s time of 12:52.56 earned her first place. Lily is erroneously listed as “did not start,” but she definitely finished second! #SetonTF

It was a dominating night for the JV Saints, winning 9 of the 17 events at the Harrison JV Invitational! The top three teams:
1. #SetonTF - 159
2. East Central - 111
3. Franklin County - 70
