I imagine he likely imprisons them in that place we saw with Zaahen mind , or perhaps erases them from existence entirely.

@RiotLittleLeaf When will we learn about Locke's W form and his ultimate's presence, perhaps in the comic? With so many references to "Pain" in the story and dialogue, it would be a bit absurd if Locke didn't possess the Primardional Demon of Pain.
