However I can say that in the many years inbetween getting diagnosed with ADD and that therapist my meds DID help.

Only take meds if you are prescribed them by a doctor and only by the amount that they say though

I was diagnosed with ADD back when I was in 3rd grade before it got looped in with being the same thing as ADHD

My therapist from years ago says I might have been misdiagnosed and instead have high functioning autism, this was never-
