The entire country of South Africa is being systematically framed by social media bots. I've never seen anything like this before.
I've seen astroturfing of online discourse by bot farms, but I've never seen someone attempt to use AI bots to outnumber and drown out an entire country of 60 million people.
These accounts spewing the same "go beck and fix ya kantri" talking points with "🇿🇦" in their username are not real people! Open each account that you see posting that stuff. Check the signup date, open the media tab and check the replies tab so see what they interact with. They're all bots!
Some crazy person somewhere with more money than God is trying to set up an entire country using Twitter bots!
I must make it clear that only the authorised government officials may act against violations of the law, including violation of our immigration laws.
No other person is allowed, for example, to confront someone in the street to demand proof of nationality.

Our Uber Eats & Checkers Sixty60 now takes longer to arrive. Foreigners are scared to go to work. It means there’s a gap. It’s your turn to drive that scooter Mchana. The order needs to arrive within 30 minutes. You must get the order to us even when it’s cold, raining, & windy.
calling a grieving mother a “bitch”.
I honestly can't believe there is a person who can look at a mother in pain & choose insults over empathy, & then proceeding to make various posts laughing at her
I'm not even suprised at the "people" who liked that post.
As we bravely wage war against illegal immigrants, may we not forget Constantia, Bishopscourt, Parklands, and the like. There’s more than illegal immigration hiding there, so those are excellent places to start.
My hope is that EVERYONE is treated as a suspect because an illegal immigrant is an illegal immigrant, whether they come from Burundi, Cambodia or France, and whether they live in shacks or mansions….as long as they are here illegally, then zonke bonke….one side👉🏾
Being poor, black or African CANNOT be the “obvious clue” that someone is here illegally. If really, the plan is to treat skin colour, class or accent as “symptoms” of illegality, then we should at least have the courage to admit that our issue is not illegal immigration…..sixabene nje nobumnyama.
Izingane zikaJan van Riebeeck ziyakwazi ukuvota la, noma ziphethe amaPassport aseYurope, kodwa lokho akusihluphi neze! But when it comes to izingane zikaMzilikazi, asifuni ukuzwa ngisho iphunga lazo, we immediately assume illegality and demand papers🤷🏽♀️
It’s not yet Uhuru, but we have hope.
One day when Tshwane residents arent scared to be cooked...They will be honest about how they are suffering under ActionSA.
Every second day its either water or electricity problems.
You cannot use hate speech, incite violence and then claim you are not responsible for the violence caused by your rhetoric.
You cannot march around looting and beating South Africans who do not speak like you or look like you and then be surprised that you inspired harm.
Swearing at everyone who calls out your xenophobia is not going to legitimise your nonsense.
You can shout “msunu” for all you care and spew all sorts of verbal diarrhoea, we will still tell you that you are xenophobic fools.
If your self-worth depends on social media approval, strangers will control your peace. Not every opinion deserves access to your mind. Learn to distinguish between feedback, noise, projection and cruelty.
Protect your mental health:
• Don’t read every comment
• Don’t argue with people committed to misunderstanding you
• Don’t confuse virality with truth
• Don’t hand over your joy to anonymous accounts
Social media is not a court of law & trending is not the same as being right.
Guard your mind. Protect your peace. Choose your battles wisely. #MentalHealthMatters #FabAcademicInThought #AfricaDay

" I'm going to speak about our land, not South Africa, but Africa , because God created Africa, Berlin created South Africa, the conference in Berlin created all these little pieces" Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma on Africa Day🤧🤧
The afrophobia we see stems from a misplaced sense of superiority toward other Africans, coupled with an ingrained inferiority complex in relation to white people.
There is a “we’re better than them and don’t need them” attitude toward fellow Africans, while at the same time elevating and readily accepting white people, some here illegally, and placing them on a pedestal.
No amount of cyberbullying will change the facts:
1. Irregular migration cannot be addressed by vigilantism. Law enforcement must address all matters of criminality, including the abuse of immigration laws.
2. Migration will happen, but it must happen within the confines of the rule of law.
3. Dehumanising people does not address any problem, let alone immigration challenges.
4. Structural economic issues will not be addressed by targeting foreign nationals.
5. The history of South Africa cannot be told without understanding migration, from the Mfecane / Difaqane up to the dictates of colonial settlers.
Never be scared of dominant public opinion. We have been here many times before with; Abortion, Corporal Punishment, GBV, women’s equality, Homosexuality and tribalism.
But logic, justice & the power of truth always wins.
Xenophobia will not win! Love, Law & Order will!
The mobilisation, based on its framing of problems, DOES invite violence & hate. There is no way it is not going to result into mass looting & bloodshed.
We know what we are talking about. We have organised marches since we were teenagers. We have looong engaged in nation scale agitation against - corruption, fees, anti-black racism and white supremacy. We have done nationwide shutdowns, confronted the establishment right from its heart for economic freedom & international solidarity.
We are not NEW to this! We know it!
We can see Counter-Revolution from far!
It will not end well! Above all: it will not have any social or economic benefit from it. Zero! Just a country in ruin!
We keep telling you, stop it, but you think you are heroic. Your handlers seek the destabilisation and international isolation of South Africa. And you are handing it to them on a silver platter- it will not end well!
There is a BETTER way to deal with your problems: this is not it.
You left those who are the cause of your unemployment, poverty and corruption unchallenged. You will only succeed to ruin your country- that is all!
Again: I impress on you- stop this movement, it only leads to self-mutilation, self-sabotage and self-ruin
They claimed that they don’t want undocumented foreign nationals.
Home Affairs verifies them and confirms that all 300 are documented, barring one, they accuse it of lying.
Did you want their status verified or not?
This was never about undocumented foreign nationals.
