@ThreeCare@ThreeCare it has been 4 days now and I’ve still no service and it is the same in my office up in citywest and at the square shopping center as well as my home.
@ThreeCare since yesterday (over 24 hours now) I’ve had little to no signal on my phone, my data doesn’t work at all (zero internet connectivity), even though my phone will display 4/5g. I’ve to rely on connecting to WiFi to make calls over messaging apps, to browse internet etc.
@Postvox I sent an email to your AddressPal support and it has been over a week and got no response. I ordered a package using AddressPal and it was delivered to one of your locations early January and still not had an update or even received my items.
I know for a fact that I have more the sufficient funds and have a sneaking suspicion it is because I applied a promo code, doing some google searches shows past behaviour of this happening repeatedly.
I tried by card, and PayPal but the PayPal option doesn't even work.
@Lovehoney trying to complete an order both from the .co.uk and .eu domains, in both instances I get the same error: "There was a problem. Please check the CVV/CVC number and ensure the account has sufficient funds, or use a different payment method below."
@AskAIB How long does it take for the most recent eStatement to show up? I requested it yesterday (October 31st) and still waiting, I need this urgently!

receive an automated email from “[email protected]” signed off by the account specialists directing me to the account support line… and loop repeats now for going on 3 days now.
@AmazonHelp Again as stated I’ve not been working with them because there is zero communication other than a “noreply” email directing me your account phone-line where they tell me I’ll be contact just to loop this whole process. i want a direct email now to the account specialists
@AmazonHelp I’ve contacted via pm as well as calling your accounts number several times. My account has been put on hold, provided the necessary details but was rejected over and over, now it looks my account is permanently on hold.
I want immediate confirmation if my account is permanently on hold, I want an email for the account specialists with no run around of calling account support saying they’ll leave a note to contact me directly and then getting a “noreply” email.
But her bank card seems to be listed somehow?! I made the order via my own card and because of this mistake on AMAZON’S end I’ve lost access to my account after putting a significant amount of money into your top up systems.
