The Sevier County Courthouse, Rex Henry Ogle Courts Building, and Sheriff’s Administrative Offices will be closed to the public on Friday, May 15, to allow for event setup related to the Bloomin’ BBQ Music & Food Festival.
All offices will reopen on Monday, May 18.
Court Avenue will be temporarily closed today, Thursday, May 7, from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM, from Commerce Street to the Bruce Street intersection.
The closure is due to the National Day of Prayer program.
Motorists are encouraged to plan ahead and use alternate routes.
Sevier County Government offices will be closed tomorrow, Tuesday, May 5, for the County Primary Election Day.
This includes the Courthouse, Rex Henry Ogle Courts Building, County Government Offices, Sheriff’s Administrative Offices, and all Residential Convenience Centers.

The Steering Committee voted during last night’s meeting to cancel the February Board of Commissioners meeting. The Board of Commissioners’ next meeting will be held on March 16 at 6 PM.

Significant snowfall has been reported across Sevier County. Residents and visitors are strongly encouraged to avoid travel today.
Due to inclement weather, low temperatures, and hazardous travel conditions, all Sevier County Public Library System locations and all Sevier County Convenience Centers (Residential and Multipurpose) will be CLOSED today, Saturday, January 31.
Due to the impending winter weather and potentially hazardous travel conditions, the Sevier County Clerk’s Pigeon Forge Office will be closed tomorrow, Saturday, January 31.

The Sevier County Chancery Office will be closed on Monday, January 26. In addition, all Chancery Court sessions are canceled for Tuesday, January 27.

The Water Committee will meet tomorrow, Thursday, January 8, at 3 PM.
All other regularly-scheduled January committee meetings are canceled. Additionally, as it normally is, the January Board of Commissioners meeting is canceled.
Please note that the 30-minute parking spaces in the Courthouse lot, located by the jail, are unavailable today, Tues, Jan. 6, due to a topcoat application. These spaces will reopen tomorrow, Wed, Jan. 7.
All other parking areas around the Courthouse remain available today.
