Dan Bongino has accepted the position of Deputy Director of the FBI as part of a broader effort to restore public trust and reinforce the integrity of one of America’s most critical institutions.

Bongino brings a diverse body of experience from his years protecting American presidents, investigating national security threats, and working in the trenches of law enforcement. His focus is on supporting the good men and women in the FBI who remain committed to the mission.

“There are dedicated people in the FBI who take their oath to the constitution seriously. They deserve leadership that will back them up, protect their mission, and ensure they can do their jobs.” Bongino stated.

Bongino will work alongside Attorney General Bondi and Director Patel to implement President Trump’s agenda to keep the homeland safe and to ensure the FBI remains an institution Americans can trust.
