@nahnahnikki Likewise, images literally traced from CSEM (which I referred to in an earlier reply) apparently are illegal! That’s what they mean when they are referring to “an actual, identifiable minor”.

If it means something else, I’d have to have a legal expert weigh in.

Tracings / redrawing of CSEM do exist (ask me how I know), and they might be illegal but I’m unclear if there have been any legal tests about it.

@nahnahnikki For clarification, the standard is now that it must qualify as obscene, which is exceptionally hard to prove.

This is especially hard when it is distributed over the internet, because legally media is judged based on the standards of the local community.

Afaik the 2003 PROTECT Act attempted to criminalize loli but was gutted and has only been invoked once

However, there are allegedly some prisons that are exclusively for sex offenders, so maybe it’s possible
