How much training did Jaime Escalante (Stand and Deliver) or Ken Carter of Richmond HS (Coach Carter) recieve in order to effectively "reach" their students. Its not a lack of training, but rather a lack of passion....not to mention a lack of proper pay.

But i have actually witnessed proffesors who were only teaching because they needed the salary + grants from the university to fund their research
