It's seems hard very hard to break from but it's not in the actually sense, it's just that it's very trickish and that is where the power of it lies. Stop seeing it as common, stop seeing it as normal.
Let's be honest, porn has become so common that most people don't even question it anymore. It's everywhere, it's free, and society has made it seem harmless. But "harmless" doesn't explain the loneliness that grows even when you're not alone.

Many children out there are suffering from molestation, addiction, and rape. Some are crying for help, but their voices go unheard, while others have given up on receiving help and now see it as part of their lives. Much of this pain they will carry for life.
but they can experience the love of Christ. Don’t scare them with hellfire, draw them with Christ’s love. Finally, lead them to be baptized in the Holy Ghost.
