@ATTHelp I need help. I recently switched from TMobile to get new devices. I was told I would be waived activation fee on all my devices and once I got my new phones I'd get boxes with return labels to send my old devices back so I could get my credits. That didn't happen. Help
@garlandtxgov Next Door neighbor's house had a pipe bust. Can't shut off their water. I tried calling the emergency water hotline and it is busy. Can I get a phone number I can call please? they are out of town.
@ZendeskOps Don't know what pod we are in but we are experiencing the same issue with searching as well as with the name of the end users not populating.
