@LardBoy3 @shinybluedress @NHSMillion I believe you would need more staff to cover those shifts in the long run. My trust looked at doing so and the maths didnt work for the numbers we had when compared to 12.5hrshifts.

@goglentw @sarahwteaches @shinybluedress @NHSMillion Its not so easy...being a midwife on delivery suite there simply isnt enough of us to cover each other to be able to have a break. We cannot down tools and go for a break as we would massively jeopardise patient safety. Any suggestions or ideas you have are most welcome!!

@wildman_melanie We have ours immediately after MDT handover in the morning and again at approx 5pm. So currently having twice daily safety huddles which include our risk and education team as well as the opertional MDT. 👍🏻
