OpenAI banned my $200/month ChatGPT Pro account.

18 days later they admitted it was their mistake.

Then they charged me another $200.

Compensation for their error? $0.

Here's the full story, with their own emails

Sept 28: account deactivated.

I appealed. Rejected the same day.

I paid for Pro and suddenly had nothing.

Oct 16: Trust & Safety writes back.

The account was deactivated by mistake. Access restored.

18 days gone. No credit. Nothing.

Oct 26: auto-renewal. Another $200 gone.

So I asked for the bare minimum: refund the lost days, or just add 18 days to my plan.

Both refused.

And today OpenAI Support put it in writing:

"your account had been mistakenly deactivated... approximately 18 days without access."

Same email:

"no refund, credit, or subscription extension has been approved."

Read that again.

They admit the error.
They admit the damage.
They refuse to fix it.

Every email is verified with DKIM from https://t.co/F2rwKquAH2. This is not a "he said, she said."

If this can happen to a $200/month user, it can happen to you.
