In case anyone was wondering, if someone replies to your text within a day and it’s not an urgent issue, that’s not “ghosting you” or “leaving you on read”. It’s called we’re adults with responsibilities and you’re not entitled to 24/7 access to someone.

Day later: *tries to address an issue using what I learned at said training*
Other person: *Does literally everything I was trained NOT to do to resolve conflict”
Me: “Yeah, I’m all set. Good luck with life!”
