Infrastructure in Appalachia was not designed to withstand this type of weather, nor is the vegetation. I’ve never seen so many damaged trees and homes in person.

I made it into Charleston about 5 minutes before it unloaded… then shot over to Huntington and then a little past Lexington. Made for a crazy and long day… all that and could have just went to Fayetteville. It was fun though!
