The Pan Africanist Congress of Azania (PAC) typically refrains from engaging with misinformation and fake news. However, due to recent sensationalist reporting by certain media outlets and inquiries, we are compelled to set the record straight:

1️⃣ The letterhead being circulated is fraudulent.
2️⃣ Our legitimate head office is located at Khotso House, Johannesburg. To mislead the public, our correct email, telephone number, and logo are used. However, the fraudster uses his mobile number at the end of the letter.
3️⃣ Cde Eddie Mfulwane serves as the PAC Deputy Secretary General, not Mbuso Dlamini.

We will continue to hold unscrupulous media accountable, as we have done in the past, resulting in retractions and apologies. We are also in the process of laying criminal charges and pursuing legal action.
